Upon receiving your returned item, The Jackets Wardrobe will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Eligibility for a full refund or replacement is subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be purchased from The Jackets Wardrobe.
• A return request must be submitted through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.
• Our approval must be obtained for your return request.
• The item should be returned along with a copy of your receipt or invoice.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, just as you received it. This includes all accessories, materials, price tags, gifts, etc.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving authorization for your return.
• The reason for the return must be related to an issue on the part of The Jackets Wardrobe.
