How to Cancel an Order:

For canceled orders, we only accept cancellations when the order is still in the processing state. Once the order is packed or/and shipped, the order will not be processed under any cancellation request but under our 14 Days Return Policy.
**Order cancellation must be submitted via submitting a cancellation ticket, requesting a cancellation with the use of any other forms of contact, i.e. Email will not be accepted.

RETURN

At The Jackets Wardrobe, the customer is responsible for the safe return of any items. We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these conditions:

  • The item must be purchased from The Jackets Wardrobe.
  • Initiate a return request (RMA ticket) within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Obtain our authorization for your return.
  • Return the item along with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
  • Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories, materials, price tags, gifts, etc.
  • Send the item back to The Jackets Wardrobe within 30 calendar days after your return request is authorized.

Additionally, please consider the following:

  • Items, accessories, and packaging must be returned in their original and undamaged state.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards or seem mishandled.
  • If a return is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to them.
  • We do not cover any loss or damage to the merchandise during return transit. If preferred, you may return the item to our USA warehouse with insured postage at your own expense.
